We would like to inform you with our terms of conditions and policies to help improve our performance and provide the best service for you and your family 🙏🌹

*Payment of the subscription fee is your acknowledgment of reading and agreement to the policies.

General Rules

1. Everyone must wear a helmet, chest protector, riding boots, and an appropriate equestrian outfit while riding.
2. Parents bear full responsibility for supervising their children at all times inside the academy.
3. The trainee will be assigned to the appropriate group, and the suitable horse will be selected by the trainers.
4. Suspension of the package is accepted exceptionally in case of medical or compelling reasons for a maximum of one month.
5. The academy is committed to delivering training sessions during the subscription period according to scheduled times.
6. All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. The subscription expires upon completion of the classes or on the package expiration date.
8. Parents are not allowed to give instructions or cause disturbance during sessions.
9. Any inquiries may be discussed with the coach before or after the session.
10. No trainee may ride without supervision unless permitted by the coach.
11. The academy reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of policy violations.
12. The academy may cancel sessions due to events, weather conditions, or facility development, with compensation on another suitable day.

Responsibility

1. I agree to the use of photos and videos of me or my child on social media and digital platforms related to academy activities.
2. The participant or guardian confirms that the trainee is in good health and bears full responsibility otherwise.
3. The academy and its staff are not responsible for injuries or accidents occurring within the academy.
4. Each person is responsible for their personal belongings.
5. Any intentional damage to academy property is the sole responsibility of the individual.

Safety

1. Trainees must always be alert and cautious, especially avoiding standing behind horses.
2. Horse riding involves risks due to unpredictable movements; all coach instructions must be followed.
3. The academy is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items.
4. The trainee must inform the coach immediately if feeling unsafe or lacking experience.
5. Members and visitors must not lean on or approach fences, training fields, or horse rooms.

Recommended Safety Attire

• Proper fitted T-shirt
• Long or short riding boots
• Certified safety helmet
• Riding pants and body protector
• Hand gloves

Conduct Rules

1. The trainee must adhere to proper conduct to ensure safety.
2. Arrival at least 10 minutes before class time is required.
3. Trainees arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to join.
4. Respectful behavior toward coaches and staff is mandatory.
5. No aggressive or noisy behavior will be tolerated.
6. No shouting or running in or around training areas or stables.
7. All communication must be through official academy channels.
8. Class Cancellation Policy:
   • Cancellation must be made at least one day before the scheduled class.
   • Late cancellation or absence results in deduction of the class.
9. Maximum allowed weight is 75 kg; minimum age is 10 years.
10. Late arrivals will have their session time reduced; trainees are advised to arrive 15 minutes early.

Terms of Relationship

1. The subscriber agrees to comply with all safety attire requirements.
2. The subscriber bears full responsibility for injuries or death (guardian responsibility for minors).
3. The academy bears no responsibility for non-compliance with safety rules.
4. These terms form a formal agreement with Msriding Equestrian Academy.
5. Guardians of minors acknowledge and accept all academy policies.
6. All official academy announcements are binding once communicated.
7. Use of services constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
8. The academy may update terms without prior notice.
9. The subscriber confirms legal and mental capacity to contract.
10. No infringement of intellectual property rights is permitted.
11. Illegal or prohibited activities are strictly forbidden.
12. Compliance with Saudi laws is mandatory.
13. The academy may suspend or refuse service without notice.
14. No publishing of personal data in advertisements.
15. Responsibility for prohibited items lies solely with the user.
16. Service quality responsibility lies with the service requester.
17. The platform is not responsible for disputes between users.
18. User privacy and confidentiality are guaranteed.
19. All disputes are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Riyadh.
